Private Yoga Session - Working one-on-one with a Physical Therapist and Registered Yoga instructor allows for a personalized approach, tailored to your specific needs and goals. A focus on safe and effective biomechanical alignment is ideal for those new to their yoga practice, recovering from injury, or working to refine their current practice and technique. Sessions are available for individuals and small group classes up to four individuals.
Private Pilates Session - Working with a skilled Physical Therapist on mat or reformer-based pilates provides you with specific feedback on form and technique, focuses on injury prevention or rehabilitation, and facilitates greater awareness of movement patterns and breath control. Sessions are available for individuals or doubles.
