Physical Therapy - A physical therapy plan of care is initiated with a 75 minute evaluation, ensuring a thorough and personalized approach to rehabilitation and recovery.  Subsequent sessions are an hour in length, utilizing manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and education to provide a comprehensive approach.  PT through GUIDE Health and Wellness is an out-of-network, cash-based practice, with receipts available on request for participants to submit to their private insurance or utilize Health Savings Accounts

Integrative Manual Therapy - IMT is a gentle, holistic approach, aiming to release restrictions and promote healing throughout the body. The body is seen comprehensively as a complex and interconnected system, utilizing techniques to address musculoskeletal tissues, visceral (organ) structures, circulation and blood flow, neural tissue tension, and more.  The underlying cause of dysfunctions and physiologic relationships affecting structure, symptoms, and function are addressed.  

Craniosacral Therapy - CST is a gentle technique developed to support the central nervous system and overall health and well-being.  Using hands-on contact on the head and lower back, it promotes nervous system and lymphatic health, and is deeply relaxing.

Vagus Nerve Rebalancing - Vagus Nerve Rebalancing incorporates manual therapy techniques specifically oriented to address biomechanical dysfunction affecting the excursion of the vagus nerve and assist in functional balance.  The methods are gentle and specific to the needs of each client, incorporating neural tissue tension release, craniosacral, and Integrative Manual Therapy.  Functional movement, specific breathing techniques, and a personalized home program enhance the healing process and facilitate well-being.

Dry Needling - DN is a technique used to treat musculoskeletal pain and movement limitations through inserting microfilaments into trigger points and restricted tissues.  Your therapist has been trained and certified in this technique, which can relax muscle spasms, increase circulation, and promote oxygenation and endorphins in myofascial tissues.

Manual Restorative Release -  Utilizing restorative yoga postures and gentle manual techniques to access deep fascial tissues, Manual Restorative Release is a holistic, hands-on approach unique to each client.  Releasing strain patterns and tissue restriction produces ease of movement, soothes the nervous system and involved muscles, and promotes relaxation throughout the body.
